Can you make bespoke prints?

Yes absolutely! If you would like a new print designing, please purchase the "Personalised Print"  and we will be in contact to discuss your bespoke order :)

 

Can you change the colour/fonts?

We sure can! We have a "Font Colour" and "Print Colour" option on each product. If you would like to change the colour, simply write the colour in the text box. We will send a proof to your email prior to printing to ensure it is the colour you would like. 

 

Can you make prints in different sizes? 

Yes, of course. If you cannot find the print size you are looking for, simply email us at hello@alottastyle.com or via the "Contact Us" page and we would be happy to help!

 

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit or debit cards - PayPal, Visa, Master Card.
 
My order won’t go through, what do I do?
Please check all of the information has been entered correctly, such as card details and billing address. If you are still experiencing problems, please contact us at info@alottastyle.com.
 
Do I get an email confirmation?
Yes, as soon as you place an order you will receive a confirmation of your order. If you have not receive it, please double check you entered the correct e-mail address and you have check your junk folder.
 
Can I change my order or add an item? 
If your order hasn’t been produced, we are able to amend this. If you need to change your order please e-mail us with your order number and details of the amendment(s) you require. Once we receive this information, we will let you know if your order has been produced or not. Unfortunately, if your order has been produce and dispatched, it won’t be possible to amend it.
 
 
How long will it take to get my order? 
We do not stock and ready to ship prints, all of our prints are made to order. This allows us to customise prints!
Once you have placed your order, it can take up to 3 working days to be shipped. The shipping time may vary due to the shipping method chosen at checkout.
Please ensure the address is correct when ordering. We do put "return to sender" address on if your item is lost in the post/wrong address, but we want to ensure your prints are delivered in good time!
 
 
What is my order is damaged when delivered? 
If you are not happy with your purchase or it has become damaged in the post, please send email to info@alottastyle.com with the subject RETURNS and ensure to include the following information:
* Full Name
* Customer order reference
* Full description of the issue
* Photos of both packaging and print
  
Do you ship outside the UK? 
Yes, we ship internationally.
